A light, fluffy homemade pumpkin spice coffee creamer that blends effortlessly into your coffee, offering cozy fall flavors with a perfect whipped texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1.2 g) cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.6 g) ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon (0.3 g) ground nutmeg
  • A tiny pinch of ground cloves (optional)
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the fridge for about 15 minutes before starting.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, cloves (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour 1 cup (240 ml) of heavy whipping cream into the chilled bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium-high, whip the cream for 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract.
  5. Carefully fold in 2 tablespoons (30 g) pumpkin puree and the mixed spices until evenly blended but cream remains fluffy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice by adding more maple syrup or spices as desired.
  7. Transfer the creamer into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Whisk gently before serving if needed.

Notes

Chill your cream and equipment for best whipping results. Stop whipping at soft peaks to avoid grainy texture. Fold pumpkin and spices gently to keep cream fluffy. For dairy-free version, use chilled coconut cream but expect less fluffiness. Store in fridge up to 5 days and whisk before use if separation occurs.
