A light, bright, and refreshing Halloween punch made with pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, and a splash of lime, topped with a candy corn ice ring. This nostalgic drink is perfect for parties and is a healthier twist on the classic sugary punch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups pineapple juice (unsweetened, cold)
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 4–5 oranges)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda (chilled, such as Sprite or 7UP)
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1 cup pineapple juice or water (for ice ring)
  • Fresh orange slices (for ice ring)
  • Fresh lime slices (for ice ring)
  • Extra candy corn (for garnish)
  • Orange and black sprinkles (for rimming glasses, optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Make the candy corn ice ring (day before or at least 6 hours ahead): Arrange candy corn, orange slices, and lime slices in the bottom of a small bundt pan or ring mold. Pour in 1 cup pineapple juice or water until the mold is about 3/4 full. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  2. Juice your citrus: Roll oranges and limes on the counter before cutting to release more juice. Cut in half and juice. You’ll need about 4-5 oranges for 2 cups juice and 2 limes for 1/4 cup. Strain if desired.
  3. Mix the punch base: In a large pitcher, combine pineapple juice, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and honey or agave (if using). Stir until honey is dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness with more lime or honey.
  4. Chill everything: Refrigerate the punch base for at least 30 minutes before serving. Ensure the soda is also chilled.
  5. Assemble just before serving: Pour chilled punch base into a punch bowl or beverage dispenser. Slowly pour in chilled lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to preserve carbonation.
  6. Add the ice ring: Run the bottom of the bundt pan under warm water for about 10 seconds to release the ice ring. Gently slide it into the punch bowl.
  7. Garnish and serve: Float extra candy corn on top. For rimmed glasses, dip rims in honey or corn syrup, then into orange and black sprinkles. Pour punch into glasses and add a mint sprig if desired.

Notes

Make the ice ring the day before for best results. Everything must be ice cold before combining to keep the soda fizzy. Fresh citrus is essential—do not use bottled lemon juice. The punch base can be made up to 2 days ahead and stored in the fridge. For an adult version, add 1 cup of vodka, white rum, or coconut rum. For a lower-sugar version, replace lemon-lime soda with sparkling water.
