A quick and easy charcuterie board featuring honey-roasted nuts, creamy cheeses, fresh fruit, and savory meats, perfect for a romantic date night or impromptu gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup honey-roasted nuts (mix of almonds and cashews)
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary (optional)
  • 4 ounces brie
  • 3 ounces aged cheddar
  • 2 ounces goat cheese log
  • 1/2 cup fresh grapes (red or green)
  • 1/4 cup dried figs
  • 1 cup crackers or crostini
  • 4 ounces salami or prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 apple, sliced (tossed with lemon juice)
  • Extra honey for drizzling
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary sprigs for garnish
  • Edible flowers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread 1 cup mixed nuts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon honey and a pinch of sea salt. Toss to coat. Roast for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant. Let cool completely.
  2. Take brie and goat cheese out of the fridge 15 minutes before serving. Slice aged cheddar into thin wedges or cubes.
  3. Wash grapes and pat dry. Slice apple into thin wedges and toss with lemon juice. Halve dried figs if large.
  4. Place small bowls of honey and honey nuts on the board first. Put brie and goat cheese in opposite corners. Fan out cheddar slices in a line or pile.
  5. Fold salami or prosciutto into loose ribbons and place near the cheese.
  6. Scatter grapes, apple slices, and dried figs around the board, filling empty spaces.
  7. Arrange crackers in a small stack or fan near the edge of the board.
  8. Drizzle extra honey over brie and goat cheese. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over nuts and cheese. Tuck in fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs. Scatter edible flowers if using.
  9. Serve immediately at room temperature.

Notes

Toast nuts up to 3 days ahead. Let cheese come to room temperature for best flavor. For a vegan version, use cashew cheese and agave instead of honey. For a spicy twist, add hot honey or cayenne to the nuts.
